This little bad boy was released last year but it is an absolute deep house groover which we wanted to share. A solid groove and deep subby bass push the track along nicely, with a short little breakdown to separate things before bringing it all back together again. It's groovy, it's trippy, it's deep and i'ts just generally some good listening.
Whenever you see the artists Pig&Dan or Raxon you can probably assume that the track is going to be a winner. Here we have Raxon remixing 'Promised' from Pig&Dan and its an absolute roller. Sitting somewhere on the progressive house / techno house fence, this track has an energetic rolling bassline, haunting organs and some vocal cuts which add to the atmosphere of the track. Naughty little dance floor number here.
Thought we would stick with some chilled tunes for today. 'Moonlight' by Azaleh combines beautiful pianos, subtle vocal hooks and deep reese bass glides which make for some real nice chill out listening.
We are having a bit of a chill day today, we know, it's only Tuesday but at least Monday is over!! With that, we wanted to share some nice chilled out melodic music. 'Reaching For The Stars' by Ambyion blends break beat grooves, dreamy guitar melodies and catchy vocal hooks. Great listening.
Tripswitch has given his take on GMJ & Matter - To The Stars and it is a beautiful bit of prog house. The track builds nicely with a solid drum groove accompanied by a nice bassline. Subtle trance like pads in the background give the track some depth and trippy little vocal ad libs add the ear candy. Good stuff here.
Eli Nissan's output as of late has been nothing short of sensational and this remix of Luka Sambe 'People, Be Nice' is no exception. A solid drum groove, deep rolling bassline and beautiful melodies gives some serious vibes here. Absolute belter of a progressive house track. Released on Balance Music Records.
Roy Rosenfeld and Sebastien Leger team up on this little groover, which is released on Seb's own 'Lost Miracle' imprint. Both these guys are heavyweights in the melodic house & techno scene, having released on plenty of top quality labels. 'Creme' displays what both Roy and Seb are known for; great grooves, catchy melodies and lots of intricate details which keep your ear interested throughout the track. Top drawer stuff.
My my my!! Some seriously deep and groovy vibes on this one. Two absolute legends of the dance music scene; John Digweed and Nick Muir teaming up to remix Steve Parry's "Don't You Ever Stop". This is as fresh as can be. Beautiful grooves, vocal cuts and stabby house chords. An all round fantastic record. You can be sure whenever Steve, John or Nick are part of a track then the result will not disappoint. All 3 combined? Well......sensational.
Danny Howard and the awesome due Eli & Fur bringing some heat with this one. It kind of reminds us of a Hot since 82 records, which is most definitely a good thing. Really solid groove, quality bassline, lots of atmospheric details and a beautiful vocal hook for good measure. Sitting somewhere on the progressive house / 'melodic house and techno' fence - we aren't really sure of genres these days but we are sure this is a quality track.
Arguably one of the worlds most popular electronic bands at the moment; Rufus Du Sol, have just put out an incredible remix pack of some of their latest work. One of the leading remixes for us is that of the incredibly talented Hot Since 82. Daley brings his deep and groovy take on 'Another Life'. Vibes.
