Next up we welcome Patrick de Ville to the label and he delivers a beautiful little groovy tune. ''World In Delay'' is out this Friday and we sat down with Patrick before his release to get to know him.
1.As a quick introduction for the readers, tell us a little bit about yourself:
My Name is Patrick de Ville and I am born and Raised in Heidelberg, Germany …. I am 43 Years young.
And I love what i am doing. I am interested in music since … hmmm, wait, it must be over 25 years I think.
My father was a dj too … he drop some records like Michael Jackson and this stuff on the floors which Inspired me. Since I met artists and friends like boris brejcha, gorge and danjo (ita) I am much more interested. In the game with human and music since my beginnings …. And I like to growing every day in this music theory.

2. Tell us how you got involved with the music scene? How did you eventually find your way into Music production and Djing?
This is a very easy story I think, cause I wrote in my first answer …. First of all, my father was a dj but that not the only point.
At the beginning I started training at the town hall and here I had a second trainee who also started there and he was making Music. Because he was also from the town, we always went to his house during our lunch break and there he showed me his
record collection and his hobby, DJing. This was my start with DJing and my “really” first contact with a Technics 1210.

3. Who are your main influences, who or what inspires you when creating music?
That's not really easy to answer, because I had a lot of musical influences. I actually always took everything in and allowed it. hip hop, trap, jazz and funk, black and rock. But what really fascinated and influenced me was Sven Väth, who had an incredible aura on stage as well as behind it, and then Richie Hawtin, who could simply merge all the sounds, create something new and shape it again. Richie Hawtin ultimately
introduced me to Ableton and music production.

4. As a follow on from that, which newer and upcoming artists are you really feeling right now? Let the readers know about some under appreciated producers:
Uhhhhh….. that’s hard …. There are so many really fuckin good producers on the pipe ….. I really can’t tell u names cause that’s not fair to the others 😊
There are really so big tunes in the market ….. one of the problem is, not all has the support in the background to step into the light.

5. What have you got in store musically for the rest of the year?
At the moment I'm in more of a phase. I used to play much harder and more tech-house than I do today. We are currently doing a lot of events with the German label 3000GRAD and a lot of organic house music. African sounds and speeds and moods like no music really turn me on and inspire me. I love the partying and partying music, but I think it's getting a little quieter for me :-)

6. What aspirations do you have? You got any goals you want to try and reach? These can be music goals or life goals in general.
You have to love the journey and the process. So that’s my goal, to live long to enjoy the process

7. You are a new comer to the label but we love what you sent in! Tell us a little bit about your production process? Favourite synths, plugins, techniques etc.
First of all, thank you very much for the compliment! I've been producing with Ableton and various offline sound banks for years. In this production I accessed some online samples and changed the pitch. In general, I always use the Elektron Analog Keys for flat and wide sounds. Nowadays there are such great recordings and samples to fall back on.  The plugins from FabFilter are always used. EQing is very essential and is half the battle in creating space in the mix. In general, I always let myself go with the flow and see what is there :-)

8. Apart from music, what else makes you happy?
Looooviiinnnn walking in the nature. Really, nature is amazing

9.  Tell People where they can find you online...
