Special Request, an alias of the legend that is Paul Woolford has a whole range of eclectic and experimental electronic music. ‘Arse end of the moon’ will take you on a bit of a breaks journey!! A man of many talents indeed.
Marino Canal has dropped a beautiful EP on Jeremy Olander’s imprint; Vivrant. It was hard to pick a favorite but ‘Calling Me Back’ is what we landed on. Lovely arps, melodies and atmospheres. All beautifully balanced. Nice.
The Progressive House GOAT Eric Prydz is back; under his Pryda alias. Eric is known for keeping his tunes locked up but as of late he has been treating his fans with a barrage of music. His new release has many great tracks but we selected ‘Joyous’. A very fitting name for a track which brings you that classic Pryda vibe.
Yotto continues his barrage of absolute tuneage. He has been regularly releasing on his own ‘Odd One Out’ imprint and the output has been nothing short of sensational. ‘Is This Trance?’ brings a fresh twist to the progressive scene. Is it progressive house? Is it Trance? Is it ‘Trouse’......whatever it is....its excellent.
Marsh has dropped a two track EP on the always awesome Anjunadeep. Marsh is known for creating beautifully deep electronic music and this EP stays true to his melodic sound. ‘1992’ has a great atmosphere with gated vocal samples running in the background. Get on it.
Tinlicker have just dropped a great album on Anjunabeats. If you love melodic music then there is bound to be something on this album for you. Everything from deeper melodic tracks to progressive house club tracks and beautiful vocal tracks in there. We picked ‘Need You’. Its deep, atmospheric and just an all round great listen.
Lovely bit of progressive house here from Manu Riga. Released on the always impressive; Bonzai Progressive.
A tasty little progressive house EP from Ryan Davis has just dropped on Mango Alley. Our pick of the bunch comes from prog house maestro Huminal.
Progressive house heavyweight and Anjunabeats favourite; Grum, brings us some sensational music. Grum’s stuff generally sits on the Trancey side of progressive house but it is always a treat to hear his melodies and driving progressive beats. This one has tasty little vocal for good measure.
Well well well; some absolute nostalgia rave tuneage right here. Alan Fitzpatrick brings back the oldskool feels with a modern twist. ‘Summer Of Love’ certainly does echo the summer of love vibes!! Tune.
